Synopsis
At eighteen, Nina Banks is more interested in enjoying her life than deciding what she wants to do with it. Her mother's death taught her early that life can end before anyone is ready, so college, careers, responsibility can wait. For now, there are parties, late nights, and Xander McKeo, the handsome son of one of the welathiest families in a domed society. Their relationship is uncomplicated, physical, and exactly the kind of distraction Nina wants.
But then Andrew Zeiger escaped prison, and the convicted arsonist becomes a nightmare splashed across every news broadcast in the Shadow Dome.
Nina begins to notice that what everyone else calls coincidence feels disturbingly methodical. By the time she understands that the deaths are leading towards a prestigious gala, where hundreds of guests are preparing for one of the biggest nights of the year, the night is already in motion.
And Andrew Zeiger is already among them.
